Gresham Ford Drive 4 UR School

Gresham Ford was sadden to receive notice that the Ford Drive 4 UR School and Community 2021 Events  have been postponed due to the current environment.  Only after careful consideration, Ford Motor Company has made the difficult decision to postpone the Drive 4 UR School and Community program in 2021. No dealer events, including those at Oregon Ford Dealerships will take place this year, virtual or physical. As always Ford Motor Company is aware of the high interest and financial needs from schools and communities to participate in these events. Ford will use this time to improve and incorporate new ideas to the Drive 4 UR School and Community programs, aiming to return to events in 2022.

Contribute to the Community Program

While Ford Motor Company has made this decision, Gresham Ford will continue it’s popular “Contribute to the Community” Program that helps hundreds of local Gresham area non-profits each year. Every time you get your oil change or purchase a new set of tires you can have 10% of your purchase, up to $100, donated to the non-profit of your choice.  Just ask!  When you purchase any new or used vehicle at Gresham Ford we will donate $100 to the church, charity, or non-profit of your choice.  Just ask!

Henry Ford has been quoted as saying, “A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.”  The Gresham Ford team chooses to connect and support the local Gresham area in a number of ways.  That is because our staff come from a wide variety of backgrounds and interests.  Employees are encouraged to volunteer and get involved.  Anytime that the dealership can help, our team makes it happen.

“As far as I know, I think we are the only Portland Metro Area Car Dealer with a full time Community Outreach Manager,” says General Sales Manager, Preston Wills.  “Amy volunteers to help coordinate and enrich community activities and events.  Sometimes that means lending out our tables and chairs.  Sometimes it is donating a truck and labor to pickup items for the event.”  Amy along with many of our other staffers enjoy volunteering and getting involved in different ways in the Gresham Community.

Gresham Ford is thankful for your continued business and support.  Thank you for your understanding during this time.
