Run for Shelter – A fundraiser for My Fathers House

Run for ShelterMy Father’s House is a non-profit family shelter ministry in the Gresham community.  Run for Shelter is a family friendly fundraiser. The event included a fun run/walk down a scenic closed road in Boring Oregon totaling 2.2 miles round trip.

The fun continued beyond the race!  The races for kids and a bling station to make your rain boots snazzy was exciting for everyone.

Every dollar from the Run for Shelter went to support homeless families in crisis.  This is a very real need in East County and My Fathers House is one of our favorite non-profits in our community.
