Do I need a coupon in order to get the Works Package?

That’s the beauty of the Quicklane and Gresham Ford. No need for a coupon. No need for an appointment. Who has time for that anyway? And if your vehicle requires fully sythetic oil, we can do that too. Fully synthetic oil is a bit more expensive. Or if your vehicle requires more than six quarts of synthetic oil the cost of The Works package will included the added cost of the additional oil.

Is there a Works Package for Diesel Vehicles?

Of course, we would never forget those hard working diesel vehicles. The Works Diesel Package starts at $129.95 and still includes the oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, Vehicle Check-up, Fluid Top-Off, Battery Test, Filter Check, Belts and Hoses Check, including Vehicle Health Report Card. The report card helps to ensure that you are neer surprised about the replacement need for any of your car’s replacement and wearable items like, brakes, tires, car battery, and wipers. The Diesel Oil Change includes up to 14 quarts of Motorcraft sythetic blend oil. If your vehicle requires more the additional cost of the oil will e added to the repair order. It is recommended to give your work truck or van the Diesel Works Package every 5,000 to 7,500 miles.

What brand of oil do you get with the Works Package?

Unless otherwise requested, the Gresham Quick Lane and Tire Center uses genuine Motorcraft synthetic blend oil. Our trained and certified Service Advisors check the requirements for your vehicle if you are unsure regarding the manufacturer suggestions or requirements. Fully synthetic oil is available for an additional fee upon request. Just ask!

How long does it take to get The Works performed?

If there are no vehicles in front of you in line the Gresham Area Quick Lane typically completes The Works Package in 45 minutes or less. With the lifts and trained and certified staffing to serve five vehicles at once we are able to get you back on the road fast and with the peace of mind that the investment you have made in your vehicle is being well cared for and maintained. What does the Vehicle Report Card include?

Everyone should have a Vehicle Health Report Card with every automotive maintenance visit The Gresham Quick Lane and Tire Center never wants you to be surprised by costly repairs or replacement needs for your vehicle. Following any visit to our Service Center you receive a Vehicle Health Report Card that share the status of your wearable items on your vehicle as well as any ohter observations made by our trained and certified technicians. This verifies that your tires, battery, fluid levels, belts, hoses, light bulbs, steering suspension, engine air filter, and wiper blades are all inspected and their status recorded.
