I ordered a 2025 F150 Platinum with MSRP over $80,000. When we picked up the truck, the DIO keypad entry had not been installed. I was told to bring it back for installation but that would require a 5 hour round trip. I was then told to have my local Tillamook dealer install it. I did that but had to pay the labor out of pocket, which was only a half hour job at $75. The Gresham Sales Manager said I would be reimbursed. I had a really good experience when the salesperson showed me the selection of Broncos and wanted to find the right one for me. He followed up and said he found one at another dealer. Had me do a credit check and then wouldn't respond. I called the sales manager and general manager, and no return phone calls for four days. Made an appt for a recall issue for the first appt of the day and am now getting the run around for when it will be ready for pick up. Almost closing and they donāt answer the phone when I get transferred. Not very courteous when Iām having to schedule a ride to take me there. Were never told it could take longer than a day!

I could not be more pleased with the overall service I received from Gtesham Ford in ordering my new F350 Super Duty truck. Negotiating a fair price was easy and the sales staff kept me well informed about the progress of the truck build.

Had them do a multipoint inspection before a big roadtrip. Car broke down a week later. Here is what they missed:
- Master break cylinder leaking badly, caused BREAK FAILURE in mountains!
- Front control arms ball-joints visibly damaged, risking steering failure
- Transmission fluid way too low, causing transmission failure
- Break fluid long overdue for a change, causing further break problems
- Engine idler to loose, risking engine overheating

Without question, the worst dealer warranty experience of my life. The very condensed version: I purchased a new Ford Fiesta ST from Gresham Ford in July of 2017. As soon as the rainy season began, the car leaked between a pint to 2 quarts of water inside the interior, every night that it rained while parked in my driveway (which has a slight angle). I took my son's truck there and had an amazing experience in the service department. It was during the Thanksgiving Holiday and they called when they said they would and had it done before I expected. They explained what was wrong and fixed the truck. I cannot thank them enough. Gresham Ford normally provides great service on my vehicles and is normally oil changes and lubes. but on this 2015 ford escape with 24,000 miles and still under ford factory warranty was scheduled for
appointment to see what the noise was coming out of the rear of the vehicle when driven. the vehicle set all day without being looked and and had to call service department a couple times to get a update on the findings. On Monday, September 19, 2016, I called Gresham Ford to inquire about an appointment to have the clutch replaced in my 2006 Mustang. I spoke with Greg who quoted me $925 and said the work would take 2 days (including sending out the fly wheel to be resurfaced). Interesting reading of a few reviews by a few customers, Having been in business before, we have encountered customers that could not be satisfied regardless of what you did to resolve any problems. Frankly, we have had nothing but great experiences in dealing with Gresham Ford. Our first was a 95 Ranger....handed down to our Grandson and still going strong with over 200,000 miles on it. The second was a 250 Super Duty Diesel (2007) that pulled our camper, hauled rocks, mulch and was also used as our only vehicle. After sales of vehicle (paid with cash) was completed dealer's closer informed us that they had only one ignition/door key and if we wanted a second one it would cost $250.00. Had I know about the missing key and the cost I would have walked or insisted on an additional key.

Took my truck in for brakes and it has never driven right since. First time I got it back it was so bad that I almost got into a wreck... It was bouncing and shaking vigorously Took it back and they did the alignment (more $) which helped for a little bit but soon begun to shake again. Took it back again and was told I needed to put another 2k in repairs to fix the problem. My truck drove perfect before I took it to the crooks at Gresham ford. I highly suggest you never go there for anything!

I broke down while traveling thru Gresham,OR. Positive, service dept was open till midnight. Also positive, staff was very friendly. However, when I got my bill, it was outrageous. Subsequently found out that they mark up their parts 40%. Also shop time is $105/hr. They had my truck for 7 days for a 10 hr job. One part was ordered several days later because the parts guy "figured" they had it in stock. So if cost means little to you and you like good customer service, this is the place to go. They smile big as they pocket your dollars

Have used Gresham Ford for many years and have been very happy with the service! Everyone at the dealership is friendly and accommodating. They really go out of there way. I also appreciate that they donate a portion of the bill to charity, if you request it.

Purchased 2 vehicles, 1 new, 1 used. That went fine. Everything after has been a disaster! Will avoid this place from now on. The service center is completely worthless, unskilled and unqualified "Techs". Management has no clue of customer service. Wish I could go back 3 months and punch my 3 month younger self in the face.
