Sandy VEX Robotic Team Sponsorship
The Sandy Robotic Team recently celebrated its 15th anniversary this year. The local group of high school students even qualified to compete in the VEX World Championships in Dallas, Texas.
The team cam in 3rd at the Oregon State in the previous season. The students are excited to experience the VEX World Championship that brings together the top 850 high school teams from around the world. The season provides competition for over 20,000 teams from 25 different countries. The experience brings lots of interactions with people from around the globe who have similar interests.
Our local team is working to raise $8,000 to cover the cost of the trip. The raised funds will be used for travel expenses, lodging, meals, and team registrations. Gresham Ford is contributing with $100 donation at the Silver Sponsorship Level to help support our local youth.
