Will window tinting void your warranty?

Window tine at state legal limits will not void your manufacturer warranty on the vehicle glass unless it is removed improperly.

What does window tinting cost?

Window tinting thru Gresham Ford starts at $300. The price is determined by the number of windows and their size as well as the darkness. We only use the highest quality film installed by trained professionals. There are less expensive tint providers but they fail to provide the the assurance that it will be done right the first time.

How long does window tinting take?

We do require appointments to complete window tinting. With most vehicles the window tinting process takes a few hours to a full business day.

What window tinting is legal in Oregon?

Darkness of tint is measured by the Visible Light Transmission percentage. The state of Oregon requires at least 35% of light be allowed thru the side and rear windows. A non reflective tint on the top 6 inches of the windshield is also allowed. The tint may not be more than 13% reflective as well. On SUV's and vans any darkness is allowed on the windows to the second row and rear windows.
